Angel Lyn, MSW, Soul Mentor, is a life coach, public speaker, and author. Angel completed a masters degree in social work in 2004. She focuses on coaching clients using a framework best described as “conscious self-awareness, spirituality, emotional intelligence and radical accountability.” Angel is a homeschooling mother of 5 sons and has acquired three bonus daughters from a second marriage. My Fitness Journey started not long after my first son was born. I was intrigued and excited about how fitness and nutrition could absolutely not only change the body but the mind. I have overcome so much, so i understand how to achieve great things. I have spent over two decades researching, learning and helping several others achieve their goals. I’ve done weight loss challenges and fitness challenges along the way. I’m a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist. as well as an executive chef at movara. I specialize in a positive approach to all over wellness and fitness goals.
Kim Cluff
Coach
Kim Cluff began studying and practicing energy healing in 2007 after many years of struggling with depression, anxiety and chronic pain. Kim found and focused on Rapid Eye Technology; a stress and trauma relief therapy, for doing her own personal work, and became trained in 2009. More recently she became trained as a master level NLP and Hypnotherapy practitioner, and life coach. Kim is so excited to coach individuals at Movara fitness resort and cannot wait to see and help those she gets to show up for, meet and exceed their goals!
Sharon Read
Coach
Sharon is our Program Manager here at Movara Resort. She has been a very impactful part of the whole program here for almost 20years. Her certification range from group fitness and personal training to reformer Pilates instruction. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others to progress and achieve their results! Sharon will always have your back!
Meg Poulson
Coach
Meg has over 38 years of experience in the wellness industry and has devoted her life to helping others. She holds multiple Pilates certifications and is currently completing her full comprehensive certification through Stott/Merrithew Pilates. Meg has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition. She has achieved certifications with AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), USWFA (United States Water Fitness Association), Yogafit, American Senior Fitness Association, Tune Up (Fascial Release), Stepping on Fall Prevention, Silver and Fit, Arthritis Foundation, Schwinn Cycling, Gliding, BeamFit and is an AquaStretch therapist. She is a master trainer with USWFA and the American Red Cross and enjoys teaching and inspiring her clients to keep moving.
