Michelle Kelsch

Co-Founder
Michelle Kelsch, co-founder of Movara Fitness Resort and dedicated health coach, has been transforming lives since 2002. Starting as The Body Shop Spa in a hotel with a gym next door, Movara has evolved over the past 20 years into a sanctuary where guests can achieve their best selves.
As a busy mom of six, Michelle understands the challenges of balancing family and health. She has successfully simplified the complex journey of rebuilding health into manageable steps, positively impacting thousands of lives. Under Michelle’s guidance, Movara Fitness Resort offers a dedicated space for weight loss, strength building, mental clarity, and overall fitness, away from the distractions of daily life. Here, guests can press the Mental, Physical, and Emotional Reset Button to take control of their lives.
Michelle and her company Movara are committed to achieving results through a practical approach that transforms lifestyles, focusing on long-term health and happiness. Nestled in the serene Red Rock Mountains of southern Utah, Movara provides a proven program and a supportive community, helping guests transform their mental and physical health.

Movara Fit Directors

Mindy Gibson

Executive Director
Mindy is a passionate and creative business professional whose focus on health and wellness is at the forefront of her mind. She has worked on a national stage in the fitness industry, appearing on both national and local television promoting the growth of pickleball. She led the development of an international wellbeing program during COVID for a large corporation. Her love for both business and the health and wellness industry is why Mindy feels so strongly about Movara Fitness Resort. Prior to working in the health and wellness industry, she built a small photography studio from the ground up, with her work appearing on magazine covers, billboards, and television. She holds a Master’s Degree from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor’s in Recreational Therapy from the University of Utah. Certified in Project Management, Systems Innovation and Business Growth. She met her husband in St. George while attending the local college and is excited to return to the red rocks after thirty years away.

Erin Del Toro

Mindset Director
Erin Del Toro has been helping people heal and progress mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually for over 10 years through hypnotherapy, breathwork and other modalities. As the Mindset Director at Movara, she observes the principle that the mind and heart hold the keys to success beyond our wildest dreams, and she loves to introduce that world to others. She is a certified ACHE Clinical Hypnotherapist with an undergrad degree in psychology, and she is passionate about opening a world of healing and change for others as they remove mental and emotional blocks, clear trauma and progress to the next phase of life. Erin has had a long life of being physically active with running, cycling, mountain biking, ninja warrior competitions and strength training, but she’s seen her challenges in the past and loves coaching people into healthier places. She loves gardening, working out, playing with friends outdoors, and spending time with her twin daughters who are currently off adventuring at college. If you need guidance mentally, emotionally or spiritually at Movara, Erin and the Mindset team always have your back!

Sharon Read

Fitness Director
Sharon is our Program Manager here at Movara Resort. She has been a very impactful part of the whole program here for almost 20years. Her certification range from group fitness and personal training to reformer Pilates instruction. She is passionate about encouraging and inspiring others to progress and achieve their results! Sharon will always have your back!

Drawing on proven methods and years of training, Movara Fit coaches provide live coaching to assist you on your personal journey toward well-being at every stage in life.

Meg Poulson

Coach

Meg has over 38 years of experience in the wellness industry and has devoted her life to helping others. She holds multiple Pilates certifications and is currently completing her full comprehensive certification through Stott/Merrithew Pilates. Meg has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Nutrition. She has achieved certifications with AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), USWFA (United States Water Fitness Association), Yogafit, American Senior Fitness Association, Tune Up (Fascial Release), Stepping on Fall Prevention, Silver and Fit, Arthritis Foundation, Schwinn Cycling, Gliding, BeamFit and is an AquaStretch therapist. She is a master trainer with USWFA and the American Red Cross and enjoys teaching and inspiring her clients to keep moving.  

Andre Shook

Coach
Andre Shook RD CD CPT LWM Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach – Even at 13, I was already passionate about the nutrition and fitness industry. I knew I wanted to be a personal trainer before I even turned 18. As soon as I got my feet wet with personal training I wanted to be even more valuable to my clients by providing sound nutrition counseling. For me, it’s about constantly challenging myself to be the best I can be. For everyone else it is about impacting people’s lives; guiding them towards a better, longer, healthier life. As your lifestyle coach, together we will work towards a healthier, stronger, more balanced lifestyle. We will develop long-term nutrition and fitness goals so that you can achieve the results you not only want but deserve. Nutrition and fitness is a journey. It’s not going to be easy, but for sure it will be worth it!

Taylor Boatright

Coach
Taylor Boatright is a 21-year-old certified fitness trainer who loves to workout and meet new people. He has been with Movara for a little over two years and loves to inspire and motivate people to reach their goals.

James Garret

Brain Coach

James Garrett is a brain coach and founder of Brain by Design. He’s spoken on stages ranging from Harvard to TEDx and his work has been featured by The New York Times, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review. He built one of the only brain-based positive psychology curricula in the Middle East and trained thousands of Arab youth in partnership with HM Queen Rania of Jordan. James spent years doing research with some of the best psychologists in the world, including Walter Mischel at Columbia (of the famed marshmallow experiments), Mark Brackett at the Yale Emotional Intelligence Center, and Stanford psychologist Nalini Ambady. His research on self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and snap judgments has been published in top scientific journals. In 2019 James launched the Deep Change Project, a brainhacking journey to overcome fear through neuroplasticity.

Koby Taylor

Pharmacist

A St. George native, Dr Koby has a Doctorate of Pharmacy since 2000, He has managed several successful retail pharmacies and loves being an advocate for his patients. He is extremely excited about providing compounded medications to the community he serves. “Fusion Specialty Pharmacy” is the only pharmacy in Southern Utah certified by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB). He guides us through our wellness journey with all kinds of tried and true tips.
